Sweet and Spicy Bloody Mary

Directions

  1. Make the honey syrup: in a small container, combine honey and warm water and stir until completely mixed. Use immediately or store
    and refrigerate for up to 5 days.
  2. Rim the pint glass: spread a spoonful of honey onto a small plate, flip the cup upside down and gently dip the rim in honey. Dip
    the sticky rim in salt immediately after.
  3. Add the vodka, Spicy Bloody Mary Mix, lemon juice and 1 tablespoon honey syrup to pint glass, and stir to combine. Taste and
    adjust the honey syrup as needed.
  4. Fill glass to the top with ice, and garnish with celery stalk, olives, lemon wedge and
    whatever else your heart desires!
